A reminder that Day 1 of the Galway Cross Country Championships (Even Ages) will be held Sunday 3 October at the Galway Racecourse, Ballybrit & entries deadline is this Tuesday 29th September.
Senior/Masters
The Senior/Masters events are as follows:
WOMEN Senior/Masters: 4000m
MEN Senior/Masters O35, O50: 8000m
Men over 65: 4000m

Juvenile
The Juvenile events are:
U10 (born 2012 and 2013): 1000 m
U12 (born 2010 and 2011): 2000 m
U14 (born 2008 and 2009): 3000 m
U16 (born 2006 and 2007): 4000 m
U18 female (born 2004 and 2005): 4000 m
U18 male (born 2004 and 2005): 6000 m
