We were delighted to welcome back all our Fit4Life Groups last week. Booking system is working well once we got everyone set up initially. Thanks to all our Leaders who are taking groups of up to 14 runners at different paces. We still have some space in our Beginners and other groups. Paces are from walk/jog to 8 minutes per mile. If anyone is interested in returning to Fit4Life or joining us for the first time please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have. It’s going to be a long winter so it is great to get out there training with a group.
